Panel - Winter Chill Panel Frost 48109 12

WINTER IN JAPAN can be very
beautiful, with snow covering
the ground and the buildings
in an icy glaze of white. The
snowflakes and stars are my
reproduction of that beauty.
Winter is not a holiday, it is a
time of year, and this collection
represents that frosty time
of year that carries over until
Valentine’s Day.
