Crystal's creative journey started in northern Missouri, where she developed a passion for art. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Art Design from Missouri State University. After 10 years as a graphic designer, she transitioned to creating surface and textile patterns. In 2015, she taught herself to sew using her own designs printed on Spoonflower fabric, which quickly became a new passion. Today, she lives in Kansas City, Missouri, where she continues to create new designs for licensing. Her work is inspired by nature, flowers, birds, and cheerful vintage colors.
