Introduction to Dye Painting with Sue Sherman

Sue Sherman is a quilt artist and concerned nature lover, often depicting endangered or threatened animals in her designs, using painstakingly detailed dye painting and/or raw edge applique of hand dyed fabrics.

Sue will supply all the dyes, painting tools and fabric for this INTRO to DYE PAINTING class - so you can learn her techniques, and about the supplies and materials she uses.

See her works in the gallery as the exhibit opens - and hear Sue's explainations of her inspiration the night before at the OPENING- then attend this class on Saturday with Sue - before she heads back to Canada.
