In this design class, you’ll learn how to create foundations for everything from traditional blocks to pictorial quilts. We’ll start with foundation design for traditional blocks to more complex blocks. We’ll meet the Paper Police whose rules make FPP design possible. Then you’ll design your own block. Whether you’re new to paper piecing or an experienced paper piecer, this class is for you! Skills taught in the class will include:
This is a technique class but you will take home log-cabin and kite blocks, foundations for several more blocks, and a design for a quilt that is uniquely yours. For more information on Dana and her work, please visit her website at danajonesquilts.com
