Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum | Golden, Colorado

Location & Hours

The Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum is located at 1111 Washington Avenue in Golden, Colorado, 80401. For additional information, please call 303-277-0377, fax 303-215-1636, or email office_manager@rmqm.org.

The Museum is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. RMQM will be open on Sundays May 11th through August 31 from Noon-4pm. Holiday closures are: Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year's Day (Jan. 1). RMQM offers free admission on the first Saturday of each quarter — January, April, July and October. These free days are funded by a grant from the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD).

Gallery admission is free for museum members, $6.00 for adults, $4.00 for seniors, $3.00 for children 6-12. Children 5 and under admitted free. Reduced admission rates for groups of 15 or more with a confirmed reservation. School groups welcome.

The Museum is closed on the Monday of exhibit changes: August 4, 2008.

Docents are available in both galleries for tours or you may view the exhibits on your own.
